Transport-
                  a naval unit of limited fighting value.  The transport carries land units over
                  water territories.  It may carry any one land unit.  If that unit is infantry then it may carry two infantry.  Once
                  a unit loads and unloads it is not permitted to move any further for the duration of that turn.

                  Submarine-
                  a naval unit with the element of surprise.  A submarine may conduct surprise attacks
                  on enemy naval units without fear of reprisal unless a destroyer is present.  A
                  submarine gets one free shot at naval ships and those ships are not permitted to defend for one turn.  The submarine my choose to disengage or continue through another cycle of combat.  The submarine may choose units in reserve as casualties when attacking. 
                  Submarines may conduct Sea Lane attacks similar to Bombers.  Submarines must be adjacent to a territory containing a factory. 
                  They roll one die and that roll is divided by 3 and rounded up.  The attacked
                  player then returns that amount to the bank.

                  Battleship-
                  powerful naval unit.  The Battleship takes two hits to destroy and rolls two dice.  A battleship may conduct shore bombardment during an amphibious assault and knock
                  out enemy units before the combat cycle starts.  Damaged Battleships may only
                  move one space and defend and attack using one die.  To repair Battleships must
                  return to a territory adjacent to a factory.  Roll a die to determine what the
                  cost of repairs is.

                  Aircraft
                  Carrier- naval unit which is not designed to engage the enemy itself but rather to deliver airpower to a target.  An Aircraft Carrier may carry two fighters for defense or offense.  An Aircraft Carrier may only move one space when using its fighters offensively.
