Land Units (Modified)

Infantry- Standard land unit.  Infantry is a unit which may be purchased and placed in a territory without a factory.  It may not target when attacking.  Infantry may capture territories.

Artillery- Support land unit.  Artillery targets the first round of combat for attack and defense.  Artillery may NOT capture enemy territory

Mechanized Infantry- Standard land unit which has become more mobile and deadly.  These infantry may now move twice.  Mechanized Infantry may capture enemy territory.

Airborne- land units deployed by bombes.  Airborne is a powerful attack unit.  Airborne units are the only land units which are capable of attacking defending reserve units and destroying them before they may conduct defense.  Airborne infantry must start in the same territory as the bombers that are carrying them.  Airborne defend as normal infantry.  Airborne units may capture territories.

Armor- highly mobile and deadly land unit.  Armor may capture enemy territories.

Anti Aircraft- anti air unit.  When enemy aircraft fly over anti-aircraft guns engage the planes.  A roll of 2 or less destroys one plane.

Bunker- stationary defense unit.  Bunkers offer safety for defending units.  Defenders may offset Frontline losses by choosing Bunkers instead of other Frontline units.  Bunkers defend against naval bombardment and offer corresponding artillery to engage transports with the units aboard and can destroy them before those units land.  Bunkers do not have to be purchased in a territory with a factory.  Bunkers may be captured if unmanned.  Bunkers do not defend Reserve units.
