Bomber- large aircraft which remains aloft longer than fighters.  Bombers may conduct Precision Strategic Bombing Raids.  During the production phase of an enemy unused bombers may attack units being produced.  Each bomber rolls one die.  A roll of 5 or less is a hit and the attacking player chooses which unit is lost.  Non-Precision Bombing is conducted during the normal phase of combat and a bomber rolls one die.  The roll is divided by two and the attacked player returns that many IPCs to the back.  Bombers are susceptible to defending fighters and anti-aircraft.  Lost bombers do not get to roll any die.  Attacking bombers are limited to 3 cycles of combat.  Defending bombers are limited to 4 cycles.  Bombers are permitted to choose enemy reserves as casualties when attacking.
